Ariel is 2!

I still can't believe my little baby is 2. Where has the time gone? It seems only yesterday we brought you home from the hospital. We had waited such a long time to meet you and suddenly there you were. Your eyes wide open, ready to experience the world around you.


You have taken our hearts and we can't imagine our lives without you. You are our sweet girl with the adorable laugh. Our smart girl who counts, knows your abc's and colors. Our dreamer with your imaginative play and the far off looks you sometimes get. Our fire, as you burn bright with determination and strength. But most of all you are our angel... you are the prayer that was answered when our hearts were hurting. You are the miracle that we wished for when life was dark... now everything is bright and new, and we thank our Lord for giving us you.
